Today I took Murdock to his first visit to see Grandpa at the animal hospital. Grandpa checked my puppy over and said everything looked great. He had to have a shot...I offered to hold his paw, but he seemed fine to handle things without me. We got home just in time to have lunch, a little play time and then naps:) Thank you, Grandpa! We love you! Please also thank Julie for helping with our first visit and dealing with Murdock's poopies we brought in to analyze:) XOXO

He's finally here... my new little brother and best friend - Murdock. He is an 8 week old Bearded Collie. Murdock is fitting in great with his new family, although he needs to remember which toys are his and which ones are mine. I'm told not to feed him my cheerios and he was told to keep his kisses to a minimum - I guess my ears taste really good. We've already bonded and I can't wait to get up and play with him everyday. I'm looking forward to growing up with him!

Happy Easter! Today I went to Nana and Grandpa's house for Easter. Yes, the Easter Bunny found me there and Daddy help me find a basket full of goodies that he left me. That Easter Bunny is very cool. On top of all my first Easter excitement, my Aunt Tracey...AKA Cupcake, brought me bag of presents. Check out my very cool new headbands. Thank you Aunt Cupcake!!!

So, today I had a little episode during my bath and I accidently poopied in the tub. My mommy was FREAKING out! It was quite the ordeal! We had to disinfect my rubber duckies and everything. We happened to share this story with My Unlce Troy, who found it quite amusing and he then sent me this email. My mommy denies this of course.

Dear Keegan,

Please do not feel bad for going poopy in the bath tub.  You inherited this unfortunate ailment from your mother.  It is not your fault.  If you ever need anyone to talk to about this...problem...please call me.  I am a survivor from one of your mommy's "poopy in the tub" attacks!

With Love,

Uncle Troy

Tonight I went to Nana & Grandpa's house for dinner. I first got to hang out with the FOUR dogs...They are very entertaining and they love me. They give me more kisses than mommy & daddy. Then I filled my belly with, broccoli, cauliflower, chicken, squash, stuffing, corn on the cob, coleslaw, mashed potatoes and rolls. My Nana cooks like it's Thanksgiving everyday... I loved it all! I still haven't found a food I dislike. Next time I need to save room for her dessert.

March 23, 2011:

It was a very busy day! First...I had my picture taken with real live bunnies. I thought I was doing a fantastic job until I dropped one, on accident of cousre. I must of startled the little guy, because we had to start again with a new bunny. "Sorry, little Easter bunny"! I later went out to dinner with my Grandpa Thimmig...it was his birthday. We went out for Chinese....he Loves Chinese food! Grandpa paraded me around the restaurant to introduce me to all of the other customers, I'm very social, then we sat for dinner and I had my first taste of rice. On top of all this excitement -I got a new hat:) Here I am with my owl hat and Uncle Troy.

I'm 10 Months Old Today...March 12, 2011:

My day started with my mommy's Happy Birthday song....
My hair still looks like I stuck my fingers in a light socket.  My mommy is worried it won't go down?  (She worries about everything)  Lately my mommy says I toot and eat like my daddy...  I don't think she likes that much either.  I say dadda once in a while but that is the only word anyone can understand.  I poop quite a bit still.  My daddy and I have a contest, usually every day.  If sharts count, then I win!  My mommy says I'm quite the daddy's girl.  When my daddy get's home from work I get very excited and can't wait for him to play with me.  He has been bouncing a basketball at me quite a bit.  He thinks I have good coordination...  whatever that means?  I just do it because it seems to make him happy.  I can't really crawl yet but I am probably the best roller in the world!  On a final note, I'm glad that green and white team is done being on the TV playing with that round ball thing.  My daddy was always yelling at the TV and was in bad moods after they were done playing?  I don't know what some of the words that came out of his mouth were but I'm assuming my mommy doesn't want me to repeat them.  Oh ya...  I have a full blown uni-brow. I thinks it's pretty cool.  Later dudes!

kimandkeegan We had friends over tonight...Aunt Kim, Uncle John & Uncle Geoff. They  came to watch the MSU basketball game....they yelled alot at the TV! But,  still had time to pay attention to me:)

9 Months Old:

Yes, I am already 9 months old and growing up so fast. I now have 3 teeth, 1 on the bottom and 2 up top, but not in the middle...on the sides. As my Aunt Stephanie would say, "I look like a vampire." I am very active and have a hard time sitting still, unless someone is feeding me. I haven't found one food I dislike. My mommy even made me parsnips and I enjoyed them very much. I'd have to say my favorite is probably banana's. My daddy feeds them to me almost every night. It's easier when he puts them on a spoon, they are very slippery to pick up with my little fingers. I have a very big appetite for such a little person. When I'm not eating, I love reading books (I'm a very good page turner), singing in my microphone (not so good - I sound like my mommy), jumping in my bouncy and biting my stuffed animals heads. Yes, I said "biting". Just when you think I'm going in for a kiss.... I open up and chomp down. It must be part of this "vampire" thing. I always have to have something in my hands, whether it's my duckie at bathtime or I'm rolling across the floor...I have something clinched tightly in my little fist. My favorites are my bug-eyed giraffe, the TV controller or my daddy's cell phone. I few of my latest talents are...high-fiving, waving, giving kisses, clapping and mastering my sippy cup.
